Dr. Hanna, Passion is writing contents & Developing Methodologies to transform organization to be more effective and Successful, He performed several evaluations of Projects Department Performance & maturing as Per the OPM3 ( Organization Project Maturity Model) for Projects, Programs and Portfolio, enhance the Projects Department effectiveness through road map of change and implementation of Best practices.
Dr. Hanna, Managed Several projects, programs and portfolio in the Construction industry and IT, also Develop codes , and documents for the government for the Engineering Practice. Also has managed several Risk Assessment and Safety audits in the construction industry.
Prior to assuming this leadership opportunity, Dr. Maged served as the General Manager of the Society of Engineers – UAE where he conducted pioneering work to develop and expand Society membership, professional activities, conferences, training and professional testing. With responsibility for the strategic development of the Society, to achieve and exceed ambitious professional goals. Under his management and leadership, the Society grew to membership in excess of 37,000 members internationally. His numerous managerial accomplishments while in leadership at the UAE Society of Engineers include establishment of ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, Accreditation Internationally and Locally, Awards and appreciation Certificates, Scientific Magazine to create more awareness and encourage Experts for reading. He has more than 100 initiatives towards enhancing organizational effectiveness in the Society as well as raising performance of organization and overall results.
